REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Client satisfaction is paramount for Body Sculpting Australia.

Refunds and Exchanges
Body Sculpting Australia will provide refunds in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act (Australian Consumer Law).

You may be entitled to an exchange or refund of a product or service where it is:
• faulty;
• substantially unfit for its specified purpose and cannot be remedied within a reasonable timeframe;
• unsafe or creates an unsafe situation; or
• significantly different from its description/sample.

If there is a problem with a product or service, and it can be remedied, we will attempt to remedy it within a reasonable time. If remediation is not possible, the above will apply, and you may be entitled to an exchange or refund.

Please keep and produce your proof of purchase for all refunds and exchanges (eg: your receipt).

Customer results may vary, and as such, no refund or exchange will be provided if the service or product did not provide the desired result, excluding any faults/major problems outlined above.

No refund or exchange is provided for change of mind.

Cancellations
At least 48 hours’ prior notice must be given for any appointment change or cancellation. If you give less than 48 hours’ prior notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, we reserve the right to redeem a treatment from your package and/or retain any deposit paid.

Promotions
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Promotions must be redeemed within 3 months from date of purchase.

Packages
•All pre-paid packages/treatments are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which, any unused portion will be forfeited:.

Treatments/Services are not transferable to other customers unless otherwise agreed by Body Sculpting Australia. If a transfer is agreed, a service fee may apply.

 

APPOINTMENT POLICY

All clients will be required to complete a consent form prior to their first appointment. Any change to your circumstances, either your personal details or medical history must be advised to our staff prior to any appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all medical issues to Body Sculpting Australia. Body Sculpting Australia cannot be held liable for any unknown or undisclosed medical issues.
