As the Clinic Concierge your mission will be to make every client visit unforgettable. You’ll be the go-to person for any questions or concerns your friendly face will represent our brand. With your treatments, clients will have an exceptional experience this role is all about making them smile!

For the dual role of Clinic Concierge/Body Contouring Therapist, ideally, candidates will have a background in beauty. However, we’re open to applicants with experience in massage, health, nutrition, fitness, management,  customer experience or sales. So, don’t worry! If you’re eager to learn and able to perform our treatment menu after training, you could be the perfect fit!

As the Clinic Concierge you will:

• Deliver excellent customer services, educating clients on body contouring benefits and ensuring their comfort.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Manage appointments and greet clients warmly.
• Meet sales targets by suggesting additional treatments or products.
• Build strong client relationships in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Provide consultations, recommend treatments, and educate clients on body concerns.
• Follow clinic protocols for client and therapist’s well-being during treatments.
• Ensure clinic readiness throughout the day and at closing.
• Continuously gather client feedback to improve services and overall experience.
• Collaborate on social media content ideas with the team.
