Yes. After your initial 12 weeks, you can pause your membership for up to 4 weeks per year — perfect for holidays or busy periods. Just let us know at least 7 days in advance.

Each ShapeUp session is personalised by your therapist based on your goals for that day. Together you’ll agree on the focus — fat reduction, skin tightening, or sculpting — and your therapist selects the most effective technology combination to deliver that result.
Most clients notice visible changes within 4–6 weeks of consistent sessions, though every body is different. Your therapist will track your progress through body composition scans, so you’ll see the data alongside the visible results.
