Role & Responsibilities

As a Clinic Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in our team. Assisting the Clinic Manager in overseeing our clinic operations and implementing new ideas to benefit clients and staff. Plus, the opportunity to perform body sculpting treatments! This customer-focused role promises fun every day!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing body consultations and creating tailored plans for each client
• Building strong relationships with clients (in person, over the phone, and via email)
• Meet sales targets by recommending and upselling additional treatments or products.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing inventory as needed
• Helping manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the clinic
• Creating social media content and managing platform posts
• Assisting in policy creation and staff meetings
• Delivering high-quality treatments using our training protocols
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive environment
